Embrasing vegetables…


Years ago, when mainly plant-based food wasn’t common in local restaurants yet, vegetarians couldn’t order something else then a pasta or a cheese patty with a green salad. So I decided to start cooking dinners with a variety of vegetarian dishes, and I still do. For the real die-hard meat and fish lovers I offer a non-vegetarian dish for 1 course during the arti dinners on my terrace. Of course all served on my own made plates and bowls.
